Never have done prowler or tire. Interested in trying both.

Kettlebell swing, burpees.

for now all i can really do is elliptical due to my shitty knees. but im also going to start doing water resistance training.

I don't know if it counts but I love my Pump class. It pretty much mixes strength training (squats, lunges, chest press, etc) with cardio as it's set to music and we do reps in time with the beat.

alex and i looked for these for a while then gave up, but i'm hoping to score a tire at some point. i'm umpiring way too much in june and july, but im going to pick up the search towards the end of summer and get some tire flipping going.
