Just came in the mail today- a nice leather dip harness.
Now, perhaps some of you are reading this thinking "golly jee willickers, Kevlar Moneyclips, I'd like to use one of those things, but between doing flat bench three times a week, incline twice and decline once, i barely have time to do my barbell curls and wide grip lat pulldowns. Won't I overtrain if i start doing dips and pullups? The answer to this question-yes, yes you will. But godspeed you on your long hard journey to 15 inch guns and the 225 bench press. You'll hit the big time one of these days.

i think you're about twice as squatter elite as me with your olympic style "the only real squats are ass to grass" horseshit, but i suppose we're all entitled to our own opinions.
Really, I just hate to bench and am not particlularly good at it.
