who here practices daily or has practiced meditation before? i'm very interested in trying it out and i think it would do more good than not. i know there are tons of practices out there, so what i'm trying to do is essentially narrow them down to something that's practical for me. what have you all tried / have you? how do you feel about it? discuss.
In one of my college courses we once spent an entire class practicing Buddhist breathing techniques. Needless to say I felt like fucking gold the entire rest of the day it was awesome. Haven't tried anything like that since though.
lay flat on your back, relax and breathe in through your nose out through your mouth. try not to think of anything.
