Massachusetts melodic indie punk powerhouse The Stereo State details their new CD/10" EP, including a brand new preview track and tour dates!

Crossing Canyons, the newest EP from Holyoke, MA's The Stereo State, is now available for Pre-Order from the up-and-coming Creator-Destructor Records (Heartsounds, Seahaven, Troubled Coast).
The infinitely catchy six-song album is the follow-up to the band's well-received 2011 debut full-length, Have All My Friends Gone Deaf?. It will see an official release date of October 23, 2012 on digital, CD and 10" formats, with the latter being limited to 500 on red and yellow swirl w/ orange splatter (400) and coke bottle green (100) vinyl. To celebrate today's announcement, Creator-Destructor and The Stereo State have teamed up with the fine folks at Alternative Press for an exclusive stream of the song "American Bones." Listen to the rip-roaring, toe-tappin' track here.
Arguably one of the East Coast's most genuine and promising punk rock bands, The Stereo State is back with an EP's worth of its best material to date. Produced and engineered by Jay Mass (No Trigger, Defeater, Transit), Crossing Canyons features six brand new tracks of the melodic and heartfelt punk goodness that fans of the Massachusetts outfit have come to know and love. Since its 2008 inception, The Stereo State has continued to progress and evolve as a group of best friends and musicians, and that chemistry surfaces on the new album like never before.
