Review:
If I were to commit suicide, it would be to this cd, track 7. I have always liked slow, deep depressing melodic music, and this is one that is fucking off the charts. The first time I heard it was implanted on my memory, I had to have it. I got my own copy and haven't taken it out of the CD player since. Gloomy, sludgy, emotional and overpowering is the only way to describe it, the tempo is slow and grinding with a slight euro-metal influence showing through from time to time. The lyrics are heartfelt and I'm pretty sure that almost anyone could relate to them at one time in their life or another. The vocals for the most part are gutteral but understandable, and on track 7, my personal favorite, it's a deep gothic sounding melodic singing style.... I like it alot. It left me feeling shattered... just like the first time I heard it, and I'll probably feel that way every time I listen to it. Anyways, I'm really looking forward to hearing any upcoming material they might put out, if you like slow and depressing metal or just good music, check this one out, it's worth the money.
