	Mrs.P 10/27/2011 11:59 AM Thank you, Mr. Flott! I'm trying to not let everything in life make forget to take care of myself. And yes, even on the days I don't get a run in, I'm still getting a workout running around after Noah. That kid definitely keeps me on my toes! I'm running the Philly Half Marathon on 11/20. There are a few other races I am keeping my eye on. I'm just not committing to anything else for the time being. We'll see! Are you running on a regular basis now? Or just here and there?

I'm glad it went well for you. I'm just trying to get ready for this 13.1 now. I think I'm in pretty good shape for it, though. I just have to work on my speed at this point.
