Punisher Warzone obviously had Ramallah, but that doesn't seem to out of place for that movie so I still suck at this.

It annoys me that this is the first thing to pop in my head, but Juno had a few punk references. Jason Bateman's character even directly references the Melvins.

Glory Daze had a ton of punk music in it and on the sound track, even if that wasn't a super huge movie.Also Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey had Primus in it as well, although that's not really punk or hardcore.
