get your shit together because sequence matters if you want this to be quick
crank your oven to 400
cut some shit up, like sweet potatoes, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, whatever. your food, your choice.
throw it in a bowl, drizzle some olive oil on it, toss some seasoning or something on it. literally toss it around.
dump it on a pan or a tray or something. put it in that 400 degree oven for 30 minutes
heat up a skillet
take some chicken breasts and filet them, they'll cook faster. if you wanted to marinate them, you should have thought of that earlier. you can season them now if that is your wish
once the skillet is warmed up, put around a tablespoon of coconut oil in that fucker. if you dont have coconus oil, buy some, or i guess you could use cooking oil or some horrible shit
put the chickens into the skillet, cover it.
they'll take a couple of minutes per side
take that pan out of the oven and mix everything around since it's probably been about 15 minutes by now. put it back in.
scramble some eggs if you like eggs
when it's all said and done, I, WILL, LIVE *breakdown*
back to cooking. when it's all said and done, throw that all in a big tupperware container. mix it up. eat it.
