Morning. Looking at houses is annoying. Everything I like is just out of our price range.

Got a new phone yesterday and it's amazing. Off work today so I will be cleaning and doing laundry until it's time to head to TIH.

You can talk people down and/or have the seller cover closing costs. But yes, the entire process is annoying.

Yeah, I'm looking at some things a little higher than our budget because I know you can talk them down a little bit. The other thing that's killing me is every house I like has ridiculous property taxes. I found the best house last night at the top of our budget and the fucking taxes were EIGHT grand. Wat?!

Atleast it's not Jersey. A coworker of mine is going through the settlement process right now on a house, their taxes are a couple dollars less than $10,000 for the year. So $800 of his mortgage is going to be for taxes.

Just kind of all over. I work near Lansdale and Ryan works in West Philly so we need something that works for both of our commutes. We're both pretty impartial to the area (for the most part anyway, I'm not going to live in the middle of Norristown). It's more about finding a house with a decent yard, an okay kitchen, and more than one bathroom. Apparently those types of houses don't exist for what we want to spend.
