I used to think people from Springfield were rich and had class.
you'd be surprised at how many families in springfield are dirt poor.
i lived in Sfield from 90 til just recently. Us being from South Philly my parents didn't really fit into the mold of uppity Irish Catholics too well. They screamed out the window a lot and basically struggled for a good 10 years before being comfortable. SHS is a fuckin poser/jock party as well. I fit in enough to get by but my one good friend died right after graduation and to this day I talk with one kid from SHS and he wasn't even in my graduating class. Springfield is nice but I like the fact that i'm seeing more integrating of races.
