i have been a big fan of Animal Pump for a pre workout supplement. its not the crazy tingly feeling you get from NO Xplode or other powder pre work out supps. still gives me a boost and really helps with recovery time (if you are looking for a creatine supplement). Just have to take it about 1 hour before exercise since its in pill form. ON 100% whey is always another good addition for supplements. i havent really been trying to bulk, but since taking AP i have been increasing my strength and endurance, i went from 205 to a lean 215 without gaining body fat (i'm 6'4). i havent retained any water weight from the looks of things.
