is this accurate? in some areas you arent legally allowed to record police activity regardless of where it is (now its another thing if that holds up in higher courts - it wont).

Distressed from all of the chaos, abuse, and false accusations made by the Boston Police Department, BLANK6 dropped to the ground and had an epileptic seizure.

I highly doubt it will move up to a higher court. The police never stated that javier couldn't legally tape them either. He smacked the phone out of his hand and broke it.

You can look it at way. Or you can acknowledge the fact that they way the entire situation played out was due to the police bullying them. If someone has a seizure from any sort of stressful situation, you handle it professionally. Had they been honest cops in the first place, none of this would have happened.

that story is wierd and only from reading the first paragraph...the dude just walked past the cop (who was all ready talking to someone he did not know) and the cop just decided to turn around and shove him for no reason what so ever?

After walking past the civilian whom police were talking to, Officer BLANK forcefully shoved BLANK1, from behind, and informed him that he was interfering with a police investigation. Confused and startled, BLANK1 turned around and asked what Officer BLANK was talking about. Officer BLANK then grabbed BLANK1 by the throat and slammed him against a wall, then turned him around to handcuff and arrest him.

Nope. You read it totally right. It makes no sense at all that the police would blow it up like that. It's an abuse of power.
