1-2 cups of coffee
200-400 mg of powder caffine (optional)
10g whey isolate
1g of MCT oil or coconut oil/milk

Been doing this every morning for the past month while following this new diet and it's been a killer boost in the morning. This is all I have outside of another cup of coffee w/ MCT oil until I have my pre-workout shake about 30 minutes before I train at lunch time. I've been really surprised at how explosive my workouts have been considering I have no carbs or solid food before training.

i used to go to the Y right up the street from my work for 30min cardio during lunch, then i'd take a shower, shoot back to work and cram my lunch down.

for my protein shake i use almond milk and some shit i got from BJs for 30 bucks - 40g protein per server, low cal. before that though i have a smoothie with 1 banana, blueberries and strawberries mixed with fruit juice.

My training is all over the place anymore. I started doing yoga at home and I am trying to work out combining some days at the gym and some days doing yoga because I really want to work on the flexibility in my hips because I have always had issues with them

I honestly need a whole new workout plan. I did starting strength for about 4 months and really plateaued on every lift so I am pretty much lost. I really want to focus on losing more weight than I do packing on any bulk which is why I started doing yoga for cardio.

I also derailed this thread completely

losing weight for people like you and i that enjoy beer is hard. i bet if you limited yourself to one night a week drinking and started doing some more strenuous cardio that would would start dropping weight like crazy, like i did 3/4 years ago and am in the process of doing right now

Yeah I don't drink during the week. And the yoga that I do is more strenuous cardio than anything I've ever done on a treadmill or eliptical, it's designed that way
