So I got some wonderful news last night that the renters I had setup for the last 5 months can no longer move in. Now that I'm 5 weeks away from moving to Florida I am kind of monkey wrenched. Anyway...here is the place.

I wish I could but I have to cover taxes, rental permits / insurance, trash disposal, part of the mortgage itself and a few bucks in case something goes broke. $1450 is the lowest I can go. It is the Main Line but the location is top notch being so close to 76. Its basically living in the city but no city tax and a driveway that fits 5 cars.
