He's also an NCAA record holder, so he's got more going on than just fancy tricks. He's a raw talent that a good quarterback coach can mold into a decent QB, even if just a backup

That's cool. It's mostly mental for NFL qbs not physical. That being said it seems like a crap shoot when trying to pick NFL qbs.

Division III, no scholarships. Unless he has good escapability in the pocket, even Terwilliger at ESU was an NCAA record holder. Those records change every year because of the spread systems teams run today. He's like what? 30th of 80 QB prospects? He has an OK chance, better than most but D-III is like playing in a high school all-star game for a state that is OK to below average at football.
