looking for some inspiration. for the last 2 weeks my husband and i have been going from work to the new house to paint, spackle, work on floors, make repairs, etc... and i have pretty much no time to cook if i plan on getting everything done in time for the final moving day (less than 2 weeks). i'm pissing away a ton of money on takeout and there's only so many hamburgers and pasta casseroles i can handle. often i'm also feeding friends who are helping with the work, so i need dinners that feed a handful of people but prepare in minutes. i need some fresh ideas on quick meals that take 15 minutes or less to prep- who's got em?

if you are only worried about prep time, throw chili stuff in a crock pot.

Make a gigantic beef stew in the crock pot over night. It tastes like glory.
