I adore John Darnielle. His energy on stage made me happy for weeks after seeing them. He was literally smiling from ear to ear the entire time.

There are some albums I can't get into unless I'm in the right mood. All Eternals Deck however, amazing always.

I couldn't really get into All Eternals Deck or The Life of the World to Come, but everything before that was golden.

heard plenty about but never actually listened to them....will have to do that

that was the song that got me into them. lately, i've had the album 'we shall all be healed' on repeat. so that, sunset tree, and tallahassee are my favorite. but i also like the coroners gambit and all hail west texas.
