Why are they so expensive? Stub hub has same section two rows back for 23 a piece. Flyers tix went up again. Those tix last year were what 50 60?

Last year face value was 86 on these. But face value is only for single games. Partial season ticket holders get em for 65ish, full season ticket holders can get em as low as 35ish. Regardless of the face value on the ticket, I'm selling these for the best offer i get.
