Iono if it counts as a "meal" cause i eat a lot and its a light snack imo, but peanut butter and banana sandwiches are consumed in gross quantities in my house.
Also recently tried: PB and apple sammich (surprisingly awesome)
PB and pear sammich (Good, but not as good as the prior too)
also, brown rice and black beans. I have a rice cooker so I usually make a batch at the beginning of the week to keep in the fridge. from there, take out enough to saute for a quick meal using any combinations of the following:
olive oil, soy sauce, siracha, tomato, garlic, onion, peppers, zucchini etc.
also, when its almost done, make it into a volcano shape, and throw a scrambled egg or two in the middle, then mix together for egg fried rice.
