did 45 minutes of farkletts today the came home and did 3x15 bench press, 3x15 flys, 3x15 incline flys, 3x15 stomach flys, 4x10 dumbell curls, 4x12 shrugs, and 250 situps. that was pretty much everything i remember how to do aside from dead lift or squats but they would be pointless as i only have like, 90 pounds of weight to use right now.

seriously, if anybody knows any routines that would specifically help trim large amounts of shit that would be cool

Dumbbell swings for time. Try to work up to five minutes straight. Then try to do that twice. Don't worry about the weight too much, you probably need at least thirty pounds though. Make sure you're keeping your back relatively tight and getting some leg power into it or you'll feel like someone tried to rip the erectors right out of your back.

just do what inthebuttlikewhat said

stick to a basic stregnth program such as 5x5, 5/3/1, etc to get a basic understanding of the main barbell lifts and work on form.

form > how much you "lift"
