ok, first things - i haven't exercised consistently for about 6 years now and have gained an atrocious amount of weight. i smoke cigarettes too which i know is dumb but i feel confident in my ability to some day quit.
now, i have a huge goal, and it's something i've done before in my life so i know that i can do it again. what really really sucks at this point though is that i've forgotten almost every weight exercise in my years spent away from them. i mean, i know that i need a lot of cardio and i know what areas i should be working on, i just don't remember how or at what pace to do it.
i made a thread like this once before but i went on tour and said fuck it then spent a long time treating my body like shit. i'm really looking for some input from ex-fatties who have shed a decent amount of weight. any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
