It's basically a title eliminator. If Pettis wins, he'll get the winner of Edgar/Maynard whenever that Trilogy is finished. If he loses, I think Jim Miller is getting next shot at the title...but then again there is talks of him going to Strikeforce to fight Melendez for the belt so who the fuck knows.

Fuck Cope/O'Neil, bump Grispi/Roop to the main card.

O'Neil will handle Cope, but he won't fare well against a good striker until he works on head movement and learns to tuck his chin. Dude fought every fight on the show with his head straight up in the air.

Yeah their bout order is kind of head scratching. I get that the Cope/O'Neil fight is on the main card because they were the TUF Semi-Final losers and people who have followed the season are some what interested in that fight but unless they are trying to really push the Facebook thing, they are wasting an opportunity for exciting outcomes in the Grispi/Roop and Stephens/Downes fights.

Credeur/Herman should not be on the main card. Ed Herman has been out since UFC 102 when he were he was severely injured and I don't even remember the last Credeur fight without having to look it up. Both are treading heavy and need a win to stay in the UFC. I don't think that warrants a showcase on a main card. Free card or not.

Shit. Even Scott Jorgensen deserves to be on a main card fight too. He just lost a spirited effort against Dominic Cruz. His punishment shouldn't be on the undercard of a TUF final for that.

The "Info" thing for this has it described as an in depth look at the show and how it is made.

pretty meh event. I had it on in the background while I was doing things for the reviews on here and nothing that happened really grabbed me and forced me to pay attention except for the Pettis/Guida fight. And the whole time I really wanted to see Pettis get off. Props to Guida for taking advantage of any little hole Pettis left for him.
