Yeah. Put a slit in one side. Fill it with brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts. Wrap in foil and grill for a few minutes. The peels should be blackish. Eat with a spoon right out of the peel.

having sworn off eating baby animals since i was 8 yrs old, i finally caved and bought lamb chops. i had them a couple months ago at my friend's wedding during cocktail hour, unbeknownst to me, and they were so delicious i almost came. NOM. so this weekend i grilled up some chops in an easy marinade and welp, so much for that resolution. baby animals taste good

marinade:

1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 pounds lamb chops

Mix together all ingredients and marinate in a ziplock bag for an hour in the fridge.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Remove chops from marinade and grill until desired doneness, about 3 mins per side.

I cut the onions into larger chunks and reserved them and grilled them up with some green beans and bacon, mmmmmm...

Less heat in the house tho. I've been switching a lot of meats for vegan alternatives.
