That website just is the perfect example of there is no set way to do anything. 5000 people telling you 5000 different reasons on why you should take creatine before you life instead of after, then another 5000 people arguing the other side.

Yeah, just take everything you read with a grain of salt.. even what I'm telling you. Every person is different and every one reacts different to different things. You just need to find out what works for you, but I do know that the squat, deadlift, and bench should be the center of all routines because they are tried and true.

Get to the freeweights and theres just this fine ass bitch doing planks. I go straight for the 60s and start railing my biceps, grutning not like an asshole but just audible enough for her to look at me.
