I have it and I endorse the shit out of it.
No significant cons to mention (that I've experienced) and the pros are obvious and fantastic

i'd be weary of using something that i couldn't stop immediately because of the horrifying side effects i've had with other hormonal bc's

You can get it removed

Its great, my sex drive isn't affected and I don't even get spotting when my period is supposed to happen.

It fluctuated in the first month, but I do enough coke to kill an elephant so I lost it all. As far as cysts go, I don't have any to speak of. I do however have a troll in my vagina and his name is rizzo.
