Might be in a year or two, they have some awesome Eastern rivalries and it would make it alot easier on their team, eastern timezone, they have huge travel times against all the western counter parts.

I definitely can't imagine the league moving Detroit to the eastern conference. I don't even think they'll move any teams this coming season because it'll fuck up the schedule.

Nah. They are just in a good position regionally to fit right into the southeast division. And the Red Wings just have way too much history in the western conference, why move them?
