(2009) - i was really surprised, i didn't think i would like it at all, but i was glued to it from the time it started. i never ever watched anything star trek related before, so this was completely new. loved it.

I am so glad that Star Trek is moving away from their old boring formula. This new Star Trek did a good job of being exciting and interesting without being cheesy or too in depth with the story. My wife even liked it in spite of hating most sci-fi films.

I never liked Star Trek all that much, and the previews didnt even really excite me that much. But since someone I knew had the movie, I watched in on their home theater and I was surprised and want a part 2.
