I'm a big fan of this... I have a sweet tooth from time to time and try to come up with alternatives to keep away from excess sat fats and sugar.

A few of my favorite dessert alternatives...

Frozen yogurt tubes (gogurt I think their called.)

Tootsie Pops (nice slow trickle of sugar and a chocolaty ending)

Werther's Original (one can last a while and satisfy the sweet tooth)

Anybody else have some good tasting "eat this not that" style recommendations?

i get emails from Mens Health's - Eat This, Not That

Some of the horrible shit out there is mind blowing. I remember reading some sandwich having the equivalent calories to an entire box of Oreo Cookies. That's without any sides or drinks, just the sandwich.

I think the "Eat This" portion said that anything else on the menu was a better option.

some of it is shocking. like an arby's turkey sandwich on whole wheat is somehow worse than their roast beef sandwich.

A good idea is to rinse off grapes in water and then put them in a bowl in the freezer for about 5 or 6 hours they arent hard as rocks...they get like a slushie and its fucking good and no fat whatsoever.

Or you could just eat the grapes like you're supposed to.
