the scoreboard is technically at least 10 feet above league minimum regulations for it and it is also easily raised and has already been raised more than 25 feet for certain events.

The punt that hit the scoreboard would not have went more than 30 or 40 yards with the height that dude put on it. There's no way he wasn't trying to hit the scoreboard.

so they decided to nothing about the scoreboard except if it gets hit it it will be a do over...haha. what a joke. i can't believe the NFL would let this shit fly. a do over??? Jerry Jones must have some serious serious pull. they keep using the example that the Tenn punter that hit it miss kicked and it would have only gone 30 yards. so instead of the cowboys getting the ball in great position because of a missed kicked he gets a do over to punt the ball 60yards. that already shows that it can be a disadvantage to a team...the first instance being Dallas. this will end up biting Dallas in the ass this season.

the thing is they did it by the laws/codes of the NFL....so i guess that they really can not make him.

i do not see what your saying...Goodall all ready said it will be reviewed at the end of the season....it is the NFL's fault not Jerry's....he did it by their code...they ok'd it.

also Mcbriar is yet to hit the thing....he aims for the sidelines like most punters do....it is out of the way when doing so.

i mean i guess it could play into dallas losing....but i can not think of any scenario where that might happen.

i don't think they will lose a game but i'm going back to the Tenn game. look at it this way. there is a minute left in the game and the opposing team is punting to Dallas. the punter tries to kick to the sideline but miss kicks it where Dallas would have HAD great field position. instead he gets to re-kick and booms it to the 5 yard line. that is significant.
