i seriously have movie remake paranoia, every movie i have enjoyed over the years, i am afraid there will be a remake...


at this point i wouldn't even be surprised by a big lebowski or a goodfellas remake.

remaking it is as bad an idea as remaking blade runner ffs

Just don't watch it. Watch the original instead.

The original was 21 years ago, I think thats long enough for a remake. At the same time though, this movie just should not be remade. I fucking love the original. Named my band after it.

I don't think any movie should be remade if the original still holds up today.

I'd actually be ok with a slightly different take, updated effects, etc. Unfortunately, what they're going to end up doing is fucking up the whole story, making it PG-13, and apparently not even having it happen on mars.
