Why do you need to lose the weight? You can drop twenty pounds in two days without much trouble if you just need to make weight for something.

hey guys i'm trying to lose thirty pounds in two weeks without doing anything too crazy. i want it to be healthy too. anyone have any good suggestions?

depends on what kind of meat she was eating. cutting out fried chicken and fatty cuts of steak isn't a bad idea, but a lot of people go veg and just eat a shit ton of carbs til their twice their original size. in response to the original post, use common sense--if it seems like a shit ton of bad calories, don't consume it.
