I just picked up a few yesterday. One that you stand on and do exercises and one that has a pulley and attaches to the door. Anyone do these and know good exercises for it.

I hope its not gonna be one of those things I start and then quit like YOGA.
I also have those perfect push ups and need to use them and the pull up bar from tv that doesn't fit any of the doors in my house. I lose.

Yah I have a rock climbing gym membership that I pay 65 a month and only go like 3 times. I work 1pm-9:30pm and have no motivation to go to the gym at 10am.
I need to start caring tho b/c 65 a month is alot and I need to get my monies worth.

I use them. It enables me to workout when I need to and not have to wait for people to finish up their exercises, plus being at PSU I then don't have to deal with douchebags in Tapout shirts for the duration. They're require a lot of discipline for effectiveness, however.

Most people in gyms are actually really nice. Despite the Planet Fitness propaganda "meatheads" are generally the most helpful guys around. Nearly everyone at my gym is more than happy to help out a new guy as long the person works hard.

Bands and all that kind of work, but you will quickly outgrow them. Same goes for most home gym stuff. If I was limited to a Perfect Pushup and some bands I'd get bored pretty quick. Find a real gym, and make it a routine.
