Aroma & Pour:Floral, orange zest citrus hop aroma and toasted caramel malts hints. the pours a clear copper brown wih a slight dusting of head that remains the entire beer.
Taste: Medium body and moderate bitterness and a good hop flavor that last from beginning to end. While the malt backbone is their is defiantly is hiding on the side lines to the hops, but its sweetness and toasted notes are definitely present.
Overall Impressions: The bottle states that this IPA is based off both West coast and English IPA's and well it is. You have that big bold in your face hoping of the west and that well balanced malt backbone of English IPA's. This one for me however did get to be a bit much on my palate with the hoping greatly outweighing the malt.
do it up.
