I got my eyebrows waxed two days ago. I have been going to the same place for three years now and seeing the same chick. For some reason this time, I have all these little tiny red pimply things across the top of my brow where she waxed. Its been two days and they are still there. WTF? I called and she said she hasn't changed wax, so what could this be from!?

nah girl, it's probably tainted wax. as in, bacteria in there. OR your skin is dry and has caused a reaction. get some toner in there and wash those puppies asap. also, tea tree oil.

and yea, she probably hasn't changed wax is a little too long...know what i'm sayin?

ugh, yuck :( this was two days ago, and I still have the AIDS (as Sidney so lovingly called it) after countless washings. Thankfully its not too noticable.

Apparently I have to think about changing waxers.

This has happened to me before also.. I have been waxing my own for years now... I've learned on countless occasions not to trust anyone else with them! And its cheaper!

if you EVER see a waxer double dip the wand...then run. that's how wax gets infected.

you can also buy a professional machine at sally's for like $30. do it yourself, and it is cheaper and safer for sure. you can also wax your mans back!

I got my eyebrows waxed once, this happened, never again. I don't really need to wax them anyway since they're thin to begin with.

She should be using antimicrobial wax and ask her to lighty blow on the wax before she puts the strip on then apply pressure after she yanks off the strip, usually that helps

I have been going to the same chick for years, and this never happened. I think I am going to have my sister in law start doing it for me. It'll save me money in the long run too.
