what is your current fitness goal(s)? I think i work best when i'm shooting for something rather than working out with no goal in mind.

current goal is to get a 6 pack by summer which will coincide with getting my weight down to 170lbs again.

I also plan to bench 300 by the end of the year.

My current goal is to get my 4 basic compound lifts up. Seeking for a 200lbs bench press, 300lbs squat, 315lbs dead lift, and a 150lbs military press. Also seeking to be 190lbs I am currently 171lbs. Pretty much a strength increase.

my current goal is to build my self up my arms and my core, my legs are already defined from years of soccer training, also building my weight up to 180 from 155 pounds now.

I know this really isn't what your talking about but, I hope to 360 flip a set of eight stairs.

And as far as mountain biking, I really don't know what kind of goals to set.
Maybe some kind of endurance goal.

i dunno if this counts, but my goal is to have a solid yoga routine for the summer and to run a minimum of 5 miles a week so i can tone up a bit. i don't need to drop any pounds, just inches.

only goal is to keep doing what i've been doing. my diet is to where i need it to be, my workouts are still going strong. im not concerned with numbers right now, i just go by how great i feel.

I'd like to get sliced up for summer for the obvious reasons, but also to check my muscle building progress. However, I just keep getting stronger/bigger so I'm going to let this run until I plateau out and then try to cut from there. My training is working really well right now so I don't want to mess that up with a cut.

Skipping or running is good for toning legs and is a good cardio workout.

Squats. Weight training is the best thing for shaping up.
