My current goal is to get my 4 basic compound lifts up. Seeking for a 200lbs bench press, 300lbs squat, 315lbs dead lift, and a 150lbs military press. Also seeking to be 190lbs I am currently 171lbs. Pretty much a strength increase.
I'd like to get sliced up for summer for the obvious reasons, but also to check my muscle building progress. However, I just keep getting stronger/bigger so I'm going to let this run until I plateau out and then try to cut from there. My training is working really well right now so I don't want to mess that up with a cut.
