anyone on here take anabolic switch?? i know a few people who started to take it after they lifted. they start off first with N.O. Explode then after they lift take the anabolic switch. im thinking about getting some. does anyone know how well it works??
Just looked at this, and it definitely doesn't impress me. It's really weak on ingredients, and seems expensive. There are tons of better post workout formulas out there.
These are all good post workout supplements. I've only tried Anabolic Window, and Anator so I can't speak for Torrent. However, tons of people like Torrent more than anything, and it has the right combo of ingredients. Anabolic Window is my favorite supplement ever because it works, tastes awesome, and can be had for a good price if you look around. Anator has good ingredients, but tastes like shit, and is pretty expensive.
You can also get good post workout nutrition by downing some whey protein and rice cakes. Just do 2:1 carbs to protein. Basically what you're going for is a fast acting protein, and a fast acting (high GI) carb. The supplements above add extras like creatine and/or boosted amounts of certain amino acids to produce greater effect. It's not necessary, but it is certainly nice to have.
thank you i went and checked out anabolic switch last night and it looked ok but to expensive to both with but i might try looking into the anabolic window, what do you usually pay for it cause depending on where i get my supplements i can get them cheaper in different places.
Check out Vitamin World because I think they are getting rid of it there. I got one container for $35, and one for $25. Typically it will be around $50 anywhere else you look. The green melon is far and away the best tasting supplement I've ever had. I usually don't care about taste, but I drink it immediately post workout at the gym so it's nice having something that doesn't suck.
