depends what you are looking for.

Are you looking for a workout to slim down? put on muscle? for a specific sport?

there are many sites that you can look around on. You could also look into fitness magazines for women.

the workout, not the sex, seems like a decent workout. I personally would do cardio every day that you workout. Not only is cardiovascular exercise great for burning fat its also one of the more important types of exercise you can do. Your body relies more on your cardiovascular system (heart, oxygen flow, and blood flow) than your skeletal muscle system.
