A good morning is a low back/hamstring exercise where you put the bar across your traps like squat, but then bend at the waste to near parallel and return up.
My friend does something like this nearly every workout. He says it's great cardio. I might start doing this myself, but would probably die with that circuit. I wonder if he means doing a full squat into a push press. That's what I would always call a squat push press.
