Bent rows x8
Upright rows x8
Military press x8
Good morning x8
Lunges x8 (each leg)
Squat push press x8
Deadlift x8

Beginners should start out with just the bar and work their way up.

Run through the circuit 3-5 times. Move from exercise to exercise without stopping. 1 minute rest in between sets.

A good morning is a low back/hamstring exercise where you put the bar across your traps like squat, but then bend at the waste to near parallel and return up.

My friend does something like this nearly every workout. He says it's great cardio. I might start doing this myself, but would probably die with that circuit. I wonder if he means doing a full squat into a push press. That's what I would always call a squat push press.

I could never get into doing good mornings. Olympic lifters do a good variation which involves a shorter more explosive movement.

i did this last night. 5 sets. I didn't do it with the 25lbs on each end like Couture does. I did it with 10 on each end. I was ready to passout at the end. Killer workout.
