i haven't done one of these in a while and i remember why. I hate running.

but it does have its benefits, especially if you do it first thing on an empty stomach.

its been too long since i've done any legit exercise, probably 4 months now

but i think im going to start running again (i love running in the morning)...i just find it hard to do when someones not telling me to do it

I really have trouble staying on top of routines like that. I just don't get the same motivation I do with weight lifting or etc., and it sucks having one of the worst parts of your day be the first thing you do.

I should get started again, though.

I did them for 3-4 years, when I was at the highest of conditioning for rugby. I liked them. I would down a banana and do a nice 2 mile jog around harleysville.
