Alright so anyone here have any suggestions for some good lactose-free cheese? This is the last thing i have to conquer to completely rid myself of dairy crap, but every single kind I've tried has always tasted like complete ass. Any suggestions?

thanks

Unfortunatly they all taste abit of complete ass, cheapy dairy cheese does also. Two brands I've tried the various different, or not so different cheeses in the range are Tofutti (sp) and Sheeze (formerly cheezly). I much prefer the later, the prior has a weird taste that I wasnt used to atol. The Tofutti cream cheese is ok though.

Yep. Buying faux cheese and then eating it because you still like the taste of cheese but don't feel like contributing to the problems in the dairy industry is almost exactly the same as buying tacky clothing that makes you look like a dolt but doesn't contribute to the problems inherent in the fur industry. Totally dude, I know exactly what you're saying.
