I'm thinking you might not be able to get prosecuted because it's only being delivered to you, but there's probably a record of the transaction that can be tracked, and I have no idea how aware the police in this country are of this, and what effort is put in to stop it.

i never said it was going to happen, im just warning of possibilities. i love how you say 'somehow monitor the phone', you act like the american gov't doesnt do shit like that, wake up its 2006. im saying its possible, highly improbable but none the less, it can happen.

as for ordering research chems, why not just set up a PO box under a different name and have the shit sent there. or just tell a friend your ordering porn and cant have it sent to your house so youre sending it to his place haha.

I'm saying it would most likely take a good fucking while for them to get your phone tapped from your IP address (and you could be at an internet cafe) and then they have to do that before you arrange the meeting etc.

Basically, I'm saying they are not going to tap your phone. Though it's not impossible, it practically is.

Haha, this is what my friend said. That's not going to look less dodgy. But I'm guessing they can trace the orders. If they can do that, then it depends on the law which I'm not sure of. If I sent someone drugs in the post, they could not be prosecuted, but I don't know about if someone orders something with a credit card.
