A hookah is just an alternative, this is a pretty odd question. It's like a bong but there are a few people hitting it at once. I guess that is an easy way to explain it. It is not very extreme if you really wanna get baked smoke a gravity bong.

I bought some hookah from this dude once, but i think it was fake. It was really big and glass with metal, and it broke my fucking grinder and was a bitch to light.

I make them whenever I am in the mood for one. They burn weed too fast for conventional use, but from time to time, they're great.
