Not all of them. One of the reasons Aristarchus is part of the "lost science" of the ancients is because arrogant and more politically manipulative figures like Aristotle before him and Ptolemy after him were able to insure that the geocentric model was the accepted cosmology, hence its adoption by European schools of thought for the next two thousand years of error, error which pervaded and affected all fields of science and philosophy.

Sadly, there are always going to be 'flat-earth' types in every age and every time that are only concerned with how they can bend the truth to their agenda, and not how they can serve the truth.

False. In fact, one valid criticism of the film might be its lack of representation of gay characters.

Another criticism might be that it is only a moderately violent film; they don't show Hypatia's historically reported flaying alive, dismembering, and burning as a witch, even though they do show a fair amount of GoT-level medeival realism when it comes to brutality. Even there, however, it is never really gratuitous, and is usually carrying more empathy than testosterone in its presentation, making the film's 'R' rating a bit bewildering. It should maybe have gotten a 'PG-13' rating for violence and non-sexual nudity, but the ratings board is so arbitrary these days, no one is ever really surprised when it proves it has its head up its ass.
