Have you tried contacting a locator company? We had a hard time finding a place that would be ok with 3 dogs and locators inc (they are in west chester) found us a place within a week. We have used them twice. Its a bit pricey but you get your money back if they dont find a place for you.

Might look into it. I called once and it seemed shady but you are the second person to tell me about it now. Might be worth it.
