The fracking up here is crazy. it really is a shame seeing people have to get water tanks shipped to their house so they can take a shower. I have talked to people who don't have much money but own some hunting property. The gas companies come in and offer a few bucks to lease the land and the owners are sold. If done right they say it's not that bad but the ethics of those who run the companies are shady.

Was pretty ridiculous listening to a rep from one of those gas companies answer questions at a SWEP conference a couple years ago at HACC. It didn't even looked like she believed half the garbage that was coming out of her mouth. The drilling and the lack of restrictions and enforcement surrounding it is disgusting.

Also, this place has awesome coffee, I reccommend the maya super dark.
