same exact thing happened to my 2000 civic .....twice.

Cost me $100 each time to have my mechanic put it back on track. The interior door panel has to be removed. It was really the only problem I ever had with the civic though.

well, seeing that everything else is in tip-top shape (i take really good care of it), and seeing that it's only got 65,000 miles on it... how about 5 grand. that's what it's worth on KBB, anyway.

thats low mileage, honda sell super easy. i sold both of mine within two weeks each for exactly the amount i wanted

This is really easy to repair by yourself. I had to do it with my crappy pontiac. I bought a new motorized track on eBay for like $30 and that was that.
