Sidney your opinion sucks because you never know what you're talking about. Not all opinions are equal. We're not talking about people's favorite colors here. You either know what you're talking about because you educated yourself on the topic, or you don't. And you don't.

For the past 8 months I’ve been eating about 1590-1700 calories a day. I recalculated my TDEE and all that Jazz this week and have now bumped it back up to a less severe caloric deficit of 25% which puts me at 2200 a day. 1590 to 2200 is like a massive step up...having trouble eating that much after restricting for so long. Health rant.

I've been doing an addiction recovery CrossFit group. It's pretty effective on the addiction support front as well as kicking my dick in

Addiction legit changes your brain, so I understand why people feel the need to replace one with another. I have also replaced one with another prior to this but that's another story. This is the latest chapter

I have addictive tendencies (and plenty of addiction in the family) which is why I never got into drinking and all that, but it materializes in other ways. Pretty much anything can trigger that dopamine release...food, video games, shopping, etc. It works against me when I pick the wrong thing...food for example and how I ended up weighing like 320 at one point, vs my current fit ess addiction which has me down to 234 and in the best shape of my life.

I did opiates for 8 years. I would do them, drink multiple red bulls, chew snuff and drive around all night in the woods listening to black metal.
