Interestingly enough, one of the big reasons I stopped eating animals and their various bodily fluids is because I think humans are shit and reject anthropocentrism. We have something in common.

Well there is very little in our diet that is absolutely necessary that cant be substituted for something else. Nothing is needed. Our teeth and stomach enzymes would suggest that eating meat has helped us survive.
