Worst Raw? Seriously? I LOVED it. Like, I think I liked it more than the one after Mania minus the crowd.

-Henry vs. Punk was a legit candidate for Raw MOTY. I loved this. Henry looked like a beast, Punk looked very smart and resilient, and it told a great story of Punk doing whatever he could to take Henry off his feet. The bulldog off the barrier was awesome.
-Otunga kicking Santino in the face while Santino was doing the split RULED.
-The Brock package was very well done. Brock looked like a beast and an asshole. I love that they are upfront about him being there for business.
-The Yes! Lock is incredible.
-Kofi vs. Dragon was really good, too. Kofi is hit or miss with me, but Dragon brought out some good stuff from him. I'm starting to think Dragon might actually win the belt back.
-Sherlock Truth was at least funny.
-Glad that Funkasaurus is at least getting something other than squashes. Also, the Funkettes, Judas Priest.
-It is cool to see Tensai in the main event. He does need to stop doing all of those hand movements, though. They slow the match bigtime, disrupt his flow, and are corny. I thought that the green mist was awesome. Didn't see that coming at all.

I agree about Punk/Henry and I liked Bryan/Kofi but I'm on the same page as Schwenk. The Ziggler/Funk match can barely not be considered a squash. I like that they're finally giving him real opponents and not developmental guys but they need to give him real matches too. As far as Tensai, I just don't care. He hasn't grabbed me at all yet.

I really liked the Henry v punk match but that was really it. I missed the kofi v Bryan match. I guess I just don't get the appeal of Tensai. I think he slows the whole show down.

This may have been covered but one of the MMA sites I read regularly showed what Brock's ring attire is going to look like. Other than the boots and the lack of UFC logo on his gloves, he'll look exactly like he did when he was competing in the UFC. He's even wearing his Deathclutch (his clothing company/gym) logos on his shorts. He's not going to look like classic Brock.

I saw those pics too. It makes sense for the angle they are playing for him to not wear typical wrestling gear.

I was pretty much bored for about 75% of RAW last night. Punk vs Henry delivered, as expected. Dragon vs Kofi was great, as expected. But the rest of it was a lot of whatever. The Brock package, yes it was awesome, but that wasn't anything that was done in the ring or live, so I don't really count that as part of RAW since it will be repeated for the next two weeks on both shows. Cena's promo was good but that was about it since the match at the end was herky-jerky at best.

tl/dr : very forgettable episode as far as I'm concerned.

I agree that I don't like what they are doing with Dolph, but at least he didn't actually lose ha. His "problem" is that he bumps so well and makes everyone else look so good that they have just regulated his role to that.

I can't believe that the standard used to be that there were no good/long matches on Raw, which did not make people happy, then there are two awesome matches that go multiple segments, and people still aren't happy! Compared to some of the actual garbage that has been on Raw over the past few years, this ruled.

Just read that Wrestlemania made $67 million between PPV, live gate, and merchandise. That figure doesn't include tickets to the the Fan Axxess or the Hall Of Fame. Most of that revenue is from PPV sales (1.3 million buys) and has to be split between the WWE and the cable companies. Largest grossing wrestling event too date. Not bad.

I liked Raw alot. Dolph is way better than that, he should be on the mic more and more, cutting promos to be int he main events. He deserves the spot, he is the best heel that they have. The tag champs being used to compete with that scrub Khali and the Big Slow bums me out harder. Vince is on a giant squash match rampage, and these talentless big guys are just being used to bury their best athletes.

MVPs are obviously kofi and bryan. best match of the night, made bryan look really strong. His promos are getting better too. The crowd ruled that one. Punk finally putting slow ass mark henry past him was great too.

I also liked Tensai and Cena. The green mist (lol bret was sober) made me mark out a little. Im into it.

Not at all disappointed with the package. Looks like Vince has finally got it through his head that there IS a connection between MMA fans and wrestling fans.
