no way, unless you mean like he dies or something, probably more likely than him losing his job this year. His job is secure.
He has made some questionable moves though ie Pitching Kendrick when up by one and Herndon in the 9th in a tie game

Jamie Moyer has faced 8.9% of all hitters in baseball history with at least 1 plate appearance since 1900. If you go back to 1876, it's 7.97%.
